Token Authentication Problems

Problem: "Invalid token" or "Token expired" messages

Solution: Tokens are valid for one year. If expired, please re-register for a new token. Ensure you're copying the complete token string including the "ATH_" prefix.

Cannot Access Profile

Problem: Profile page not loading or showing errors

Solution: Clear your browser cache and cookies for our domain. Try accessing from an incognito/private browsing window.

📁 File Upload Issues

Upload Fails or Times Out

Problem: Files won't upload or process seems stuck

Solution: Check file size limits (50MB max). Ensure stable internet connection. Try uploading during off-peak hours. Convert files to supported formats if necessary.

File Format Not Accepted

Problem: "Unsupported file type" error messages

Solution:
Documents: PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT
Images: JPG, PNG, TIFF, GIF
Other: Contact editorial team for special formats
